2. If your request is accepted you will be sent an email regarding payment which will be due within three weeks of acceptance. I
Note: We close this form in November and will send our emails that same month to Artists and Vendors.
Artists
𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝟗 𝐱 𝟓 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝟖 𝐟𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝟐 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬. 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐟 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐝.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞: $250 for 2 Artist badges, one (1) 8 ft table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and dedicated Wi-Fi access. Electricity access in your space and choice of placement are perks for Premium Artists.
Exhibitor
Exhibitor booth space is 10 x 10 and includes one (1) 8ft table, two chairs, wastebasket, and dedicated Wi-Fi access.

You will be contacted with the vendor room map and be allowed to pick your placement.
Exhibitors may purchase an additional space but have a limit of 3 spaces max.
